Pathfinders (Grades 5-7)

The Pathfinders Leadership & Speaking Program is designed for youth in Grades 5–7 who are ready to grow from curious learners into confident leaders. At this stage of the KidTalks journey, you’re not only discovering your strengths—you’re learning how to use them to inspire others, speak with influence, and lead with courage. Through dynamic lessons, interactive exercises, and real speaking opportunities, Pathfinders develop a powerful set of skills that prepare them for school, friendships, and future leadership roles. You’ll learn how to overcome fear and nervousness on stage, craft engaging speeches that tell a story, and use body language, voice, and presence to connect with an audience. You’ll also practice leadership in action by taking initiative, solving problems with creativity, and encouraging others around you. This program goes beyond public speaking—it’s about character. Pathfinders are taught to respect others, make wise choices even under pressure, and see challenges as opportunities to grow. Each week builds your confidence step by step, helping you move from shy or uncertain to bold, clear, and courageous. By the end of the program, every Pathfinders will have the confidence to share their voice in front of a crowd, the wisdom to lead peers with integrity, and the resilience to keep going even when things get tough. The lessons you learn here don’t stop at the classroom—they’ll impact how you lead at home, in school, and in your community.
